We have clinicians that are dually licensed to treat mental health and addiction, and often hold additional certifications for trauma treatment. We use evidence-based therapies (like CBT & DBT) along with holistic therapies to support social, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. We are accredited with The Joint Commission and the National Association of Treatment Providers and providing quality care is a top priority.

We help our clients leave shame at the door and build the tools they need to live a life of long-term recovery while acknowledging every success and lesson learned along the way.

Getting sober does not have to mean all work and no fun. We help people realize recovery can be rewarding. Newfound sobriety means more time to try new things and find new passions. We help clients explore hobbies like rock climbing, intramural sports, creative writing, meditating, and more. Clients find genuine joy by creating a new sober community, repairing meaningful relationships and family dynamics, and building a life they don’t want to escape from.
