Daytime Intensive Outpatient Program (Day IOP)
Day IOP provides 15 hours of group therapy each week as well as individual sessions with a licensed therapist. This stage of treatment builds the foundation for recovery. We also connect people with case management team and our alumni coordinator for added support.
- 3 hours of group therapy per day, 5 days per Week

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOP provides 9 hours of group therapy each week as well as individual sessions with a licensed therapist. We also connect people with case managers and our alumni coordinator for added support.

Outpatient Program
Outpatient services are part of a step-down model of care. As people progress, they transition to a lower level of care. This stage of treatment builds upon the skills learned in our IOP Program. Outpatient sessions are 1 to 3 hours per week.
